The Bulk Upload is a tool that allows you to upload files and employee information en masse. In this page, you can download templates for the mass upload into the system of employee information, Schedule Adjustments, Overtime, and even biologs. This all depends, of course, on your given access level. Let's take a closer look at this feature below.
Under the Administration Tools tab on the Navigation toolbar, select Bulk Upload from the drop-down list.
Employee Information
Add your whole company or update multiple employee information in one go.
a. Select Company
b. Download the Employee Upload Template
c. Fill out the template
d. Choose the file and click Upload
e. A notification message would pop up with the result of the upload
Schedule Adjustment
Adjust the schedule of multiple employees from different teams.
a. Download the Schedule Adjustment Upload Template
b. Fill out the template
c. Select the file and Upload
d. A notification message would pop up with the result of the upload
Overtime
Upload pre-approved overtime of multiple employees.

*Note: All OT applications will be applied and approved automatically.

Add employee logs for your biometric devices.
