BIR 2316 of the employees who get their earnings on pure compensation or employer can be filed by the Authorized representative on the company. The representative’s signature must be included on the report.
Affixing a signature can be a tedious task, especially for companies with hundreds of employees.
What’s New?
Sprout Payroll’s 2316 page now features the option to attach the e-signature of the authorized representative.
If the box is checked and the user prints the BIR Form 2316, the e-signature will also appear in Item 55.
Note: 2316 Item 55 and Item 53 signatures are the same.
