There are instances that the file that you are going to upload does not appear when you click on the Choose file button. Now, you might be asking why is the template missing and where is the file?
This is what we discovered!
When choosing a file for Bulk Uploading of the Schedule Adjustment, Overtime, and Biologs, you may encounter a message "No items match your search" if you click the choose file button.
Why? This is because the file type is set up to Microsoft Excel 97-2003 Worksheet, while the system's excel templates are in Microsoft Excel Worksheet.
Now, where is the file that has to be uploaded?
All you have to do is select "All Files" from the file type drop-down menu and the template will be displayed, and you'll be good to go!
