Daily Attendance for Mobile

Daily Attendance for Mobile provides insight on the attendance of active office/remote-based employees or those who use their Sprout Mobile to log their attendance. Users can view in one single page the moving attendance for the day. Meaning, as an employee logs in or out through their Sprout Mobile app, the data in this Dashboard gets updated. Aside from the logs, users can also view the exact location where the users triggered their mobile login.

Filters

  • Company -  allows filtering of Attendance per Company set-up in Sprout HR
  • Department - allows filtering of Attendance per Department set-up in Sprout HR
  • Attendance Status - allows filtering of Attendance to: Absent | Expected | Late | On Leave | On Time | Rest Day | Running Late

Daily Attendance (Mobile) in Details

Daily Attendance (Mobile) Dashboard is composed of five tiles which represents the filtered data. The Dashboard refreshes on regular interval.

 


 

All the data in the Dashboard depends on the reflected Date and Time.

 

 

Total Headcounts for the Day.

 



List of Employees that are late for the Day.

 


Per Department's Attendance for the Day.


Actual location pins where the user triggers login.

 


View the Employees basic details, Attendance Status, Login and Logout for the Day.

Attendance Status Rules

Status

Descriptions

ABSENT
  • Employee is expected to report to work  but no logs was recorded for the Day.

EXPECTED
  • Time that the employee is expected to report to work.
  • No log-in is available yet but the employee is still within the expected time.

LATE
  • Log-in is already available but went beyond the expected and allotted grace period.

ON LEAVE
  • Employee is on approved Leave.
  • No logs is expected for the Day.

ON TIME
  • Employee logged-in within the expected time without going beyond the allotted grace period.

REST DAY
  • Employee is not expected to report to work.

RUNNING LATE
  • Employee has no log-in yet but already went beyond the expected and allotted grace period.
