On Sprout HR, every time you file for a request (e.g. COA, Overtime, Official Business), you will always be required to indicate the date and time. However, you may have wondered why the date format required changes from time to time.
To answer your concern, the date format displayed on Sprout HR is dependent on how the date format is configured on your PC or laptop. For example, if your PC or laptop follows the common date format ( mm/dd/yyyy), Sprout HR would follow. You can refer to the screenshot below.

In case you would like to change Sprout HR's date format from dd/mm/yyyy to mm/dd/yyyy, you would have to change how the time is displayed on your PC.
