Employees are allowed to open their payroll accounts, but their access is restricted compared to users. The employee profile in the payroll system allows them to view their current and previous payslips only. While users manage the entire payroll system.

In Employee's Profile

1. Go to the Employees Module

2. Click View

3. Check the username under the employee's information

Users Module

1. Click the User Module Tab

2. You could see the admin users in your Sprout Payroll account.
