When you're trying to generate payroll bank file and suddenly you encounter the error below, here's what you can do
1. Check bank details under Setup
Company
Banks
Bank details should be properly filled up
Note: Bank Name and Bank Code should be the same
2. Check employees bank details
Go to Employee Tab
Export to Excel
Check Employee bank details, make sure that all employees have a bank name, account type, and bank account number.
