Therefore, every time a new employee logs in to Sprout HR for the first time, they’ll be redirected to a consent page where new users have to click "Continue to Sprout HR" to agree and give consent to Sprout to process their data.

To administer your use of the Websites and Services;

To better understand your needs and interests;
To personalize and improve your experiences;
To process any request made by you; and
To provide or offer software updates and product announcements.
This information will be kept for a period as necessary to the business of the employer client. You have the right to request for your personal information that Sprout Solutions holds. If your data is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, You can ask to have your information corrected or removed.
