How does the No Late/Undertime on Break Policy Works on Employee's Half-Day Schedule?

There is a policy on late/UT wherein the employees of a company with a defined break will not incur any Late and Undertime deductions when they clock in or out in the system during their defined lunch breakFor the employees without a defined break, the half-day leave will depend on the no. of required hours to work. We will discuss this further in the scenarios below. 

This policy is applicable for employees who have a filed half day (first half or second half) leave, regardless of it being tagged as paid or unpaid. This policy is also applicable for employees who are absent on the first or second half of their shift.

If the policy is not enabled, the current behavior is as is, wherein the late and undertime during break hours are deducted. If the break schedule of the employee is incorrect, you may update it via Manage Schedule or Schedule Adjustment filed by the employees. 

As of now, this policy is only applicable to the Normal Shift Schedule Type but we'll update this once the Flexible Per Day rules are in effect.

The half-day shift will consist of 4.5 hours thus, the Start Time for the second half is 12:30 PM
