How to Add a New Bank in Sprout Payroll

 Banks are used in generating the payroll bank file / DAT file to be uploaded online for payroll crediting. If you need to add a new bank to be recognized by the system, let's take a look at the steps below to find out how:  

  1. Hover the arrow over Setup > Company>Bank
  2. Click Add a New Record.
  3. Fill out the fields as necessary: NameCodeAccount NumberCompany CodePresenting OfficeBranch code, BankMaximum Amount per File, and Remarks.

Click Save after filling out the fields.

Once done, it will be available in the drop-down choices of Banks in the Employee Profile.
