How to Add HMO Data in Sprout HR?

This article explains how to add an employee’s HMO information in Sprout HR, including the HMO card number, and provides guidance on current system limitations.


How to Add HMO Information

You can manually encode an employee’s HMO details by following this KB article:

Then use the Notes field to input the HMO Card Number

Once saved, the HMO information will be reflected under the employee’s benefits record.


Important Note

Currently, Sprout HR does not have a built-in bulk upload feature specifically for HMO information. Additionally, HMO details are not included in the Employee List Report.

This means that all HMO details must be added and reviewed manually per employee profile by an authorized admin user.
