How to Add Pay Group in Sprout Payroll

 

Pay Group are used to set up the Employee Type Viewing for Users on Sprout Payroll. This provides the option for certain admins or payroll processors to have access to certain types of employee information only.

 

1. To add a new pay group, under the Setup tab, select Company and click on Pay Group from the drop-down list that appears.

2. Click Add New Record.

 

3. Type in the name and click the Save button.

 

4. The new pay group will appear at the bottom of the table.
