How to Assign a Bank to the Employee in Sprout Payroll? (Not Synced Accounts)

Now that we know how to add a new bank in Sprout Payroll, we can now assign this to the Employee Profile. You may check this related article for a quick reference: on How to Add a New Bank

After creating a Bank, you must assign this to the employee to ensure that the salary will be credited to the correct Account Number.

Please follow these steps: 

1. Go to Employees

2. Select the Employee and click the Edit button

3. Go to Bank Details and select the corresponding Bank, Bank Account Type, and enter the Bank Account Number of the employee

4. Click the Update button

Did you know that you can also use the Bulk Template if you need to assign the employees to a Bank? Please follow the steps below: 

1. Go to Employees

2. Click Import Excel

3. If you are adding employees, click the Bulk Add link. If you will edit the existing employees, click the Bulk Edit link.
