How To Assign Projects To Employee/s
Only Admins and Managers are allowed to assign a project to an employee or multiple employees under the same domain and company. To enable the creation of Projects, make sure you have an “Editor'' access. This can be configured in Maintenance > Access Levels > Navigation Access.
Step 1: On your dashboard, click Administration Tools > Project Tagging Maintenance.
Step 2: Once inside the Project Tagging Maintenance page, look for the specific project and click on the corresponding kebab (3 dots) menu and select ‘Manage Assignees’.
Step 3: A navigation drawer will display. Note that the list will only show the employees under the same company as yours.
Step 4: Use the search bar to find an Employee and the pagination to go to the next pages.
- To individually select: Click the ‘Assign’ button next to the Employee’s name. Once the Employee is successfully assigned to the project, the button will be changed to ‘Remove’.
- For bulk selection: Use the ‘Assign All’ or ‘Remove All’ button. Note that this will only select those Employees in the current page on display.
Step 5: Once done, close the pop-up.
Step 6: You will be redirected back to the Project Tagging Management page. If all employees were assigned, you'll see this success message:
The corresponding total number of Employees working on a project will be displayed under the # of Assignees column.
