How to Automatically Add a Record in Movement through Edit Employee - Bulk Upload
Note: To perform this action, you need to have a view access in the Movement tab and access in Bulk Upload, in the Access Level module.
Step 1: Navigate to the Bulk Upload module.
Step 2: Locate and click on the Edit existing employees (the Update template will be sent via email) link.
Step 3: Access the template that was sent to your email then download it.
Step 4: Change at least one of the following fields:
- Job Title
- Immediate Supervisor’s Employee ID
- Department
- Sprout HR User Level
- Employment Status
Step 5: Save and upload the updated templated.
You should see an added record in the Movement tab that matches the changes that you made.
