How To Create New Projects?
To enable the creation of Projects, make sure you have an “Editor'' access. This can be configured in Maintenance > Access Levels > Navigation Access. (How to Edit an Existing Access Level)
Step 1: On your dashboard, click Administration Tools > Project Tagging Maintenance.
Step 2: Once inside the Project Tagging Maintenance page, click on the ‘Create a Project’ button.
Step 3: A pop-up will display, and you must supply the mandatory information:
- Project Code: This must be unique, as an error will appear if the code has been used for another project.
- Project Name: Word/words that best describe/s the project
- Status: Active/Inactive
Step 4: Once completed, click the ‘Create Project’ button
Step 5: You will be redirected back to the Project Tagging Management page with a success message.
