Customizing the payslip format helps businesses match the document with their branding, legal requirements, and employee needs. In Sprout Payroll, you can customize the payslip using HTML code, making it easy to replicate formats from one company code to another. Here's how
1. In Sprout Payroll. Go to Set up, Company then Profile
2. Under Payslip report settings, click "Cusotmize" beside Company Payslip Format.
3. On the Customize payslip page, click the view HTML icon.
3. Copy the code from the links below. Then delete the existing code on the Company code you wish to edit the payslip format then paste the code. Then hit "UPDATE"
5. Once the code has been updated, the user can still modify the Payslip format on the user interface. Then save the changes made.
It's important to note that we only recommend editing the HTML codes for the purpose of replicating the formats from a default or new setting.
