How to Delete Employees in Performance+

You have the option to delete users in Performance+ if needed. However, please take note of the important considerations below before proceeding.

Important Reminders

  • Permanent Action: Once a user is deleted, you cannot reinstate them in the future.

  • Data Loss: All information related to that user will be permanently removed from the system.

  • Recommendation: If you think you may need the user’s record in the future (for reference, audits, or historical data), we strongly advise not deleting the user. Instead, leave them marked as Terminated to preserve their records.


Steps to Delete a User in Performance+

  1. Ensure the user is terminated.

    • You can only delete users who have already been marked as Terminated in Performance+.

  2. Go to the terminated employee’s profile.

    • From the Performance+ dashboard, search for the terminated employee’s name and open their profile > Manage Employees > Employee Data. 

  3. Click “Delete.”

    • Once in the profile, click the Delete button.

    • Confirm the deletion when prompted.
