How to Disable E-mail Reminders in Performance+?

At this point, you have learned How to set up E-mail Reminders for Appraisals in Performance Plus. Now, let’s discuss how you can disable it. No worries, this is as simple as setting them up. Below are the steps to help you with the process.

1. From the "Menu Section" on the left-hand side of your screen, click on “System Setup” and choose “Manage Alerts”.

2. Click the "Performance Assessments" tab. The “Appraiser Notification” options are on the left half of the screen, while the “Employee Notification” options will be on the right half of the screen.

3. To disable the e-mail notifications for appraisals, you just simply uncheck the desired reminders for Upcoming and/or Overdue alerts.

4. Once done, don't forget to click on the "Save" button to save the changes made.
