How to Duplicate a Position in Performance+?
Duplicating a position allows you to quickly create a new position based on an existing one.
Here's how it's done:
1. On your Performance+ account, click System Setup.
2. Select Content Customization then, click the "Position Configuration" tab.
3. From the "Available Categories" dropdown, select the category to which the position is assigned. To see all positions, regardless of category, click Show All.
4. From the "Available Positions" dropdown, select the position you wish to duplicate and then, click the Duplicate button.
The duplicated position will appear in the "Available Positions" list with (Copy) attached to the end of the title.
5. Proceed to edit the Name of the duplicated position and edit the Competencies, if desired.
6. Once done, Save the changes.
