How to Edit an Approved Overtime (OT) Application

If there is a need to edit some details of an approved Overtime application, the manager or administrator has access to edit it. Let's take a look at how this can be done:

​ On the My Team tab on the Navigation toolbar, select Approval Center from the drop-down list. 

 Search for the Overtime applications of the employee.

*Note: Please include the Date Filed of the application when adjusting the Date Range.

 

  • Click the specific Overtime application and it will show you the detailed information pertaining to it. Then click the pencil icon.

  • On the Overtime application page, you can update the details as necessary. Then click on the Apply button.

  • A notification message will appear if updating is successful.
