How to Edit or Delete a Company Unit in Performance+?

There might come a time when there are changes that arise and updating your company units is needed. No worries! Editing or deleting a company unit is as simple as assigning and adding them to the Performance+ platform. Below are the steps to do it.

Editing a Company Unit in Performance+

1. On the menu section look for System Setup then click Company Settings.

2. On the sub-menu, click on Company Units. You will see the four company units just click on which item you would like to modify, in the screenshot below we chose "Department".

3. Click on the dropdown and choose and item that you wish to edit.

4. Click on the “Edit” button and a pop-up will appear and you may now type in the changes.

5. Once done just click on the  “ Save” button.

6. The new name will appear now on the dropdown.

Deleting a Company Unit in Performance+

1. On the menu section look for System Setup then click Company Settings.

2. On the sub-menu click on Company Units. You will see the four company units just click on which item you would like to modify, in the screenshot below we choose "Department".

3. Click on the dropdown and choose and item that you wish to delete. On the screenshot below, we choose "Test2".

4. Click on the “Delete” button and a pop-up will appear for your confirmation. Just click on "OK" to proceed.

5. Once confirmed you can check on the dropdown and the company unit should now be deleted.
