The Form Template is a feature located under the Maintenance menu of Sprout HR which allows users to create forms for easy generation and dissemination. Before one can make use of this, it would have to be activated for their user level so keep on reading below to know more!
Step 1: Navigate to the Access Levels module.
Step 2: Choose from the “Level” the access you wish to grant a Form Template access.
Step 3: Go to the “Navigation Access” tab.
Step 4: Locate the Maintenance section, then enable the “Form Template” in the option.
Step 5: Click on “Save”.
You should see a confirmation message about the successful saving of the details.
