How to Exclude Employees from 1601-C Report?

Here are the steps on how an employee can be excluded from the 1601-C Reporting. However, how do we know if the employee should be included or not? 

1. The employee should be tagged as ROHQ (Regional Operating Headquarters) 

In HR, go to Employee Profile > Current Payroll Information > Employment Details

In Payroll, go to the Employees tab > Job Details

2. The employee should be a Consultant

In HR, go to Employee ProfileCurrent Payroll Information > Compensation and Benefits (Salary)

In Payroll, go to the Employees tab >Job Details
