How to Generate Adjustment Reports

The Adjustment Report displays the list of employee's loan balances. Here's how to view the Adjustment Report.
 
1. Under the Reports tab on the Navigation toolbar on the dashboard, select Payroll and click on Adjustment Report from the drop-down list that appears. 
 
 
2. Click a specific employee then click the Generate button. 
 
 
3. Open the Excel file to view the summary and detailed report
 
 
Adjustment summary report will show you the summary of the adjustment including the maximum amount, total deducted amount and remaining balance
 
 
 
Detailed report will show you the maximum amount, remaining balance and detailed breakdown of the deducted amount.
