How to Generate Bank Advice List

 

Bank Advice List is used as bank transmittal for employees payroll crediting. This advice shows the summary of the employee's net pay and bank account details.

 

Here's a simple way on how to generate Bank Advice List:

 

1. Go to Payroll Run Tab

 

2. Click Summary on the payroll you're processing

 

3. Click Bank Advice List on the Download Reports

 

4. Open to check the excel file.
