Philhealth Employer's Remittance Report or RF-1 is the monthly list report that contains the contribution details of all employees.
Before we begin, make sure that all employees have already Philhealth numbers encoded in Sprout Payroll and Sprout HR prior to generating Philhealth RF-1 report. All employees have been included in the processed payroll so the premium will be reflected in the report.
Follow these steps in generating Philhealth RF1.
1. Go to the Reports>PhilHealth>RF-PDF
2. Select month and year then click the Generate button.
3. Print the pdf file.
