How to Identify the Current Number of Leave Credits of your Employees
Managing and identifying the current leave credits your employees have can be done readily via Sprout. Even better, you can download this data directly into an Excel file for convenience.
To do this, here are the steps you can follow:
1. Go to Maintenance and click Company.
2. Select the company.
3. Go to Leave Types and Policies.
4. Click Import Credits.
5. Then, click Download Template.
The file you downloaded contains the following:
- System ID
- Employee ID
- Employee Name
- Leave Type
- Leave Credits
*Note: If you'll be monetizing the leave credits, make sure to generate this report before your renewal or before the year ends. You can then apply the monetization as an adjustment on Sprout Payroll and use this Excel file as a reference.
Additional note: Leave balances of inactive employees reflect their latest balance upon separation unless zeroed out manually after separation or final pay.
