How to Request Hiding the Net Pay Threshold in Sprout Payroll

This Knowledge Base (KB) guide outlines the steps for requesting a change to hide the net pay threshold in Sprout Payroll.

Overview

The Net Pay Threshold setting determines whether employees with net pay below a specific amount are flagged or restricted during payroll processing.

If your organization requires hiding this field from the company profile, you must submit an official Change Request Form (CRF) to Sprout Support. Hiding the Net Pay Threshold removes the Net Pay Threshold section from the company profile.

Information Required

Before submitting your request, ensure you have the following information ready:

  • Company Name (as registered in Sprout)
  • Sprout Payroll Company Code. The Company Code is the five-character alphanumeric code before the slash (/) in your Payroll username (e.g., che07\admin, where che07 is the Company Code). For SSO accounts, the Company Code can be found below the company name in Sprout HR or Payroll.

Once these details are available, send a request via Change Request Form (CRF)

What Happens Next

  1. Acknowledgement: You will receive an automated email confirmation that your request has been received by the Sprout Support and Implementation teams.
  2. Review & Escalation: The request will be reviewed and routed to the Backend / Systems Engineering (SE) team for configuration. Turn around time is 3 business days.
  3. Implementation & Confirmation: Once the change has been applied to your company profile, the Support Team will update you directly on the ticket.
