Forgetting your passwords is not something entirely unheard of. As such, Sprout Payroll allows you to reset your password in the event that you do forget it. Here's how:
- On the Sprout Payroll login page, click "Forgot Password"
- On the next screen, enter the email address, user name, and company code saved in your Sprout Payroll account. Once done, click the Submit button and a notification will appear that an email has been sent along with recovery details.
Note: Company Code consists of the characters inputted before the backslash ( \ ), while the Username consists of the characters after the backslash ( \ ). For example, if your username when logging in is Test123\admin, then use Test123 as the Company Code and admin as the Username when resetting your password.
3. You will receive an email with the link to reset your password. Click on the link.
4. Next, fill out the details for your new password. Once done, click Submit and a notification will appear that you’ve changed your password successfully.
5. Click "Back to Main Page" and then log in with your username and new password.
