You might be asking why, despite the fact that your account's competencies are correctly set up, a prompt notifies you "There are no Competencies assigned to the position for the selected Employee," when viewing an employee's performance appraisal. ![](https://guide.sprout.ph/hs-fs/hubfs/%7BF10F8166-7255-4FCB-94F3-256272529569%7D-png.png?width=670&height=207&name=%7BF10F8166-7255-4FCB-94F3-256272529569%7D-png.png) Below are the possible reasons and how to resolve the issue: 1**. There are no competencies assigned to the Position of the Employee.** You need to double-check the competencies set up for the position of the employee. The existing process can be removed using the **Delete** icon and a new added using the Add Performance Appraisal icon.
