How to resolve Invalid Log In error when accessing the learning management system (LMS)?

You might be wondering about the reason why the employee is encountering the error described below while trying to access either the Learning Management System (LMS) or The Learning Center (TLC) site:

The issue arises due to the presence of a special character accent in the username, which is carried into the system.

This is still being enhanced by our Performance+ Team. 

In the meantime, the user can still access the system using her username and the password tlc. The username should be updated to remove this accent character in Performance Pro and LMS/TLC to avoid the disconnect.

To edit the Username in Performance Pro, this can be adjusted on the Administration > Manage Users > Edit User.
