Gone are the days when you would need to access your Sprout HR account on the mobile browser in hopes of viewing your BIR 2316 while on the road! With Sprout Mobile, you may now be able to view this information on the app!
- From the Home Screen, click Payroll.
- To view the Payroll documents, enter the login password or use biometric authentication (fingerprint or facial recognition).
- On the same Payroll View, click 2316 to view the latest BIR 2316. Users will also be able to view and download the 2316 on their phones.
Note:
- New employees will see their latest 2316 next year.
- The latest 2316 will be available after your Payroll officers have posted the BIR 2316.
- Employees can now use their biometric ID (fingerprint or facial recognition) to access their latest bir 2316 (Biometric Authentication)
