How to View the Employee Directory on Sprout Mobile

Users are now able to view the Employee Directory through Sprout Mobile with just a simple click! Keep on reading to know more.

1. From the Home Screen, click Directory.

• Click an employee’s name to view contact details.
  • Phone Number
  • Email Number
  • Company
  • Department

Note:

• To enable this feature for employees, Employee Search and Employee Directory must be checked in the Navigation Access tab in the Access Levels page on Sprout HR.

• The employees displayed in the Employee Directory is based on the Viewing set for that user level.
