HR Dashboard Applicants

You will learn the different components of the Applicants tab and how to use them to manage job applications effectively.


  1. Click "HR Dashboard"
    Click on the HR Dashboard to begin.

  2. Click "Applicants" Tab
    Ensure the Applicants tab is active. If not, click it to view the list of applicants.

  3. Applicants Listing
    Get familiar with the layout and structure of the applicant list.


Action Buttons

  1. Overview of Action Buttons
    At the top of the screen, you'll find action buttons for managing applicants.

  2. Bulk Update
    Use the Bulk Update button to change the status of selected applicants.

  3. Download CSV
    Use the Download CSV button to export the current list of applicants.

Note: The export reflects the filters currently applied.


Applicant Table

  1. Table Overview
    Applicants are listed in a table. By default:

    • Sorted by application date

    • Filtered to show statuses: Application Submitted, In Review, Interviewing, and Job Offered

  2. Selection

  • Select individual applicants using checkboxes.

  • Select all on the current page using the header checkbox.

  1. Sorting
    You can sort by:

    • Applicant Name

    • Applied At

    • Status
      Click the arrow icons in the column headers. Sorting is limited to one column at a time.

  2. Filtering
    Applicants can be filtered by:

  • Name

  • Status
    A dark filter icon indicates an active filter.

  1. Filter by Name
    Click the filter icon next to the Name column and type in a keyword to filter.

  2. Filter by Status
    Click the filter icon next to the Status column and choose a status from the dropdown.


Paging

  1. Pagination
    The table displays up to 20 applicants per page.
    Use the paging toolbar at the bottom to navigate through more entries if available.
