Is there a way to Change an Appraisal after Clicking the "Complete" Button?

As a Performance+ admin, there are times you will need to allow a completed appraisal to be edited by the manager. 

To do that, the appraisal must be "un-completed."

Reminders:

  • Before uncompleting an appraisal, be sure there are no scores and comments in the current appraisal as those would no longer be displayed once the "uncomplete" is performed.
  • Please note, this does not affect historical data.  
  • Make sure the Appraiser and Position are the same on the completed appraisal versus what is on the Employee Data screen.

To un-complete the appraisal, here's the step-by-step guide:

1. Select the employee from the Employee Selector. 

2. From the main menu, click Administration > Manage Users, then the Uncomplete Appraisal tab.

3. Check the acknowledgment checkbox and then click Uncomplete Appraisal.

4. Once done, a message will be displayed saying that the Performance Appraisal was successfully uncompleted.
