It can be frustrating when automated allocations don't appear as planned, but this issue is almost always tied to strict system timing requirements during key employment milestones. ### **How Upfront Leave Credits Are Triggered** The system automatically distributes upfront leave credits only when specific conditions are met during three key triggers: - **Upon Hiring:** The employee must be assigned to the leave plan on or before their official hire date. - **Upon Regularization:** The employee must be assigned to the leave plan, and their profile status must be tagged as "Regular" on or before their exact regularization date. - **Upon Renewal:** The employee must be enrolled in the leave plan as an active "Regular" employee on or before the plan's annual renewal date. ### **Why the System Skipped the Upfront Credits** Upfront allocations rely on strict system automated triggers tied to effective dates.
