My Referrals Page

Introduction

Let's familiarize ourselves with the My Referrals page.


01. Click "My Referrals"
Access the "My Referrals" section.

02. People you referred
People you Referred should be the active tab. If not, click the "People you Referred" tab.

03. List of people you referred
This page lists people you have referred who have submitted applications.

Note: For a referral to appear here, the person must have applied for the job opening.

04. Search for a referral
Use the search field to look for a specific person.

05. Referral
Referrals are displayed as cards on the page.

06. Referral Status
Each card displays the status of the candidate's application.

07. Referral Reward
Each card also shows the reward for a successful referral.

08. View individual referral
Click the name on a card to view more details about the referral.

09. Individual referral
This page shows:

  • Information about the candidate's job application

  • Status of reward payouts for this referral

10. Individual referral: status
The status bar displays the current status of the candidate's application.

11. Individual referral: basic info
The Basic Info widget shows details about the referred candidate.

12. Individual referral: Reward Payout
This section appears only if the candidate was hired. It displays:

  • Payout history

  • Status of referral reward

13. Individual referral: Job Opening
This section shows the specific job you referred the candidate to.


14. Rewards history
Click "Rewards History" to view statistics and the history of your payouts.

15. Reward History
Let’s familiarize ourselves with the Reward History page.

16. Total Cash Rewards
A widget shows your total cash rewards from successful referrals.

17. Total Referred
Displays the count of successful referrals you've made.

18. History
Lists your successful and pending payouts.

19. Payout status
Each payout will be marked as one of the following:

  • Paid – Payment has been made to your account

  • Pending – Scheduled but not yet paid

  • Cancelled – Will not be paid
