There are times when we need to organize the employee's Appraisal List and want to delete old appraisals that are no longer needed. But, how are we going to do it? Please refer below:
STEP 1: Go to Performance Pro Portal
STEP 2: Go to System Setup> Appraisal Process/ Performance Assessment Process:
STEP 3: Hit the BIN Icon: ( Please note that you can only delete appraisals with a delete icon that is still accessible. If it is already grayed out, you can no longer delete them as the delete icon is already disabled.)

STEP 4: Hit the YES button to confirm:
In addition, you may also delete the Old Appraisals via the Performance History of the employe. Please refer to the images below:
