What is Performance+ SSO?
Performance+ is an integrated, automated, and extremely flexible combination of performance management and a learning management system. Equipped with Single Sign On (SSO), clicking on the Performance+ menu will redirect users to the Performance Pro page without having to sign in again.
How to set it up?
Clients have the option to make the Performance+ accessible at either company-level or department-level.

How does it work?
Once the required setup is done successfully, the Performance+ menu will be available in the Navigation bar across all dashboards. For the Employee Simple, Employee, and Manager dashboards, the Performance+ menu is already accessible from the Navigation bar as shown below:
On the other hand, the Performance+ menu can be accessed on the Admin Dashboard by clicking the Company menu as shown below:
In either of the abovementioned scenarios, clicking the Performance+ menu will redirect users to the Performance Pro page on a new tab, and thanks to the SSO, there will no longer be a need to sign in again.
Requisite
For the SSO to work, the employee must have an existing Performance Pro account. The corresponding Employee ID will serve as the basis used to identify whether or not the employee account exists in Performance+.
It is important that the same Employee ID must be provided for both Sprout HR and Performance+ employee profiles, as shown below. This will be used to initialize the SSO connection for both platforms. If this is not set up properly, an error will be thrown during SSO initialization stating that the employee does not exist in Performance Pro.
