Users can be assigned under the Users module
Only administrator-based roles with the necessary permissions can assign users to a role.
1. Go to Users
2. Click Add new record to add a new user or Edit to edit an existing user
3. Click the Role dropdown then select the corresponding role for the user
4. Click Save
