ReadyCash Credit Limit Increase Requests Cannot Be Processed Manually

Employees who wish to have their ReadyCash credit limit increased beyond the system-generated amount should be aware that manual credit limit adjustments are not currently available. The credit limit is automatically determined by the system based on factors such as salary and payslip capacity.

An employee with a consistent borrowing history and no missed repayments requested a manual increase to their ReadyCash credit limit. However, the employee’s available limit was capped at PHP 50,000 based on the system-generated assessment.

Your ReadyCash credit limit is automatically generated by the system. It is not manually set by our support team and cannot be adjusted upon request.

The system determines your available credit limit based on factors such as your salary and payslip capacity. This helps ensure that the available credit is aligned with your repayment capacity.
