    Answer: Referrly helps you attract higher-quality applicants through employee referrals, reduce time-to-hire and recruitment costs, boost employee engagement with a transparent referral program, manage the entire process on one platform, and track referral performance with built-in analytics.

Managing Job Openings

  1. How do I create a new job opening?
    Answer: There are two ways to create job openings in Referrly: If you've provided your company's job board URL, Referrly will automatically sync open positions daily. Alternatively, you can manually add jobs by going to the HR Dashboard, selecting the "Job Openings" tab, and clicking "New Job Opening" to enter details like title, department, location, number of openings, and reward amount.

  2. How often does the scraper run?
    Answer: The scraper runs daily at 1am Philippine time.
  3. Are there any limitations to the job scraper?
    Answer: The scraper currently can not scrape jobs from Linkedin and pages that implement mechanisms like captcha that verify if the request is made by a human.
  4. How do I edit/update an existing job?
    Answer: In the "Job Openings" tab, you can edit manually created jobs by clicking the edit icon to update any details. For jobs created via job board scraping, only the status and number of openings can be modified, as other details are automatically synced from your job board.
  5. Why can't I edit some job details?
    Answer: Job openings created through the automated scraper sync directly with your original job board. To update the job details, make changes on the original job board—Referrly will sync them within 24 hours. You can still manually update the status and number of openings within Referrly.
  6. How do I change the status of a job opening?
    Answer: Select the job(s) you want to update, click "Bulk Update," and select "Status." You can change the status to draft, open, filled, or closed.
  7. Can I offer different rewards for different positions?
    Answer: Yes, you can set specific reward amounts for each job opening. To update rewards for multiple jobs at once, select the jobs, click "Bulk Update," and select "Reward."

Managing Applicants:

  1. How do I view and manage applications?
    Answer:
    Navigate to the "Applicants" tab in the HR Dashboard to see all applications. You can filter by applicant name or status.
  2. How do I update an applicant's status?
    Answer: Select the application(s) you want to update, click "Bulk Update," and select the new status. If you're marking an applicant as "Hired," you'll need to provide the hire date.
  3. What happens when I mark an applicant as hired?
    Answer: When you mark an applicant as "Hired," the system automatically creates a pending reward payout for the referrer. You'll need to approve this payout in the "Reward Payouts" tab.
  4. Can I export applicant data?
    Answer: Yes, you can download applicant data as a CSV file by clicking the "Download CSV" button in the Applicants tab.

Managing Rewards Payouts

  1. How do I view and manage rewards payouts?
    Answer: Navigate to the "Reward Payouts" tab in the HR Dashboard to see all pending and processed payouts.
  2. How do I approve or process rewards payouts?
    Answer: Select the payout(s) you want to update, click "Bulk Update," and change the status to "Approved" or "Paid" as appropriate.
  3. Can I set a payout date for rewards?
    Answer: Yes, reward payouts include a payout date field that you can set when approving the payout.
  4. Can I cancel a reward payout?
    Answer: Yes, you can select a pending payout and change its status to "Canceled" if needed.
  5. What happens when I change the rewards policy?
    Answer: When you change the Rewards Policy, the new policy will only apply to future payouts. Your changes will not affect rewards that have already been earned or are in progress.
