Referrly is a comprehensive employee referral platform that connects job seekers with opportunities through employee referrals. Job applicants gain access to roles via employee connections, employees can easily refer qualified candidates and earn rewards, and HR managers benefit from a streamlined referral process—from job posting to payout. To help you get the most out of Referrly, we’ve answered some frequently asked questions below:

**Employees (Referrers) General Questions**

1. **Why should I use Referrly?**  
   **Answer:** Referrly makes the referral process simple and transparent. You can easily share job openings, track your referrals' status, and receive rewards when your referrals are hired.
2. **How do I get started?**  
   **Answer:** Your company will provide access to Referrly. Once you log in, you can view open positions and start referring candidates.

 

**Making Referrals**

1. **How do I refer someone to a job?**  
   **Answer:** To refer a candidate, log in to your Referrly account through the employee dashboard, browse the available job openings, and click "Refer" on the position you'd like to share. You’ll get a unique referral link that you can send to your candidate via email, social media, or direct message.
2. **Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?**
   
   **Answer:** There is typically no limit to the number of referrals you can make, but quality is more important than quantity. Refer candidates who you believe are genuinely qualified for the position.
3. **Can I refer someone to multiple roles?**  
   **Answer:** Yes, you can refer the same person to different positions if they're qualified for multiple roles.

**Tracking Referrals and Rewards:**

1. **How do I track my referrals?**  
   **Answer:** In the "People You Referred" tab, you can view all your referrals and their current application status.
2. **How do I know if my referral has been hired?**  
   **Answer:** The status of your referral will update to "Hired" in your dashboard once they've accepted an offer.
3. **How and when do I receive my rewards for successful referrals?**  
   **Answer:** Rewards are typically processed after your referral has been hired and completed any probationary period. You can track your rewards in the "Rewards History" tab. The exact reward amount and payout timeline are determined by your company's referral rewards policy.
4. **What type of rewards will I receive?**  
   **Answer:** Rewards vary by company but typically include cash bonuses. The specific reward amount is displayed on each job posting.
5. **How can I see my rewards history?**  
   **Answer:** Navigate to the "Rewards History" tab in your dashboard to view all rewards you've earned and their current status (pending, approved, or paid).
