Resetting Password in Sprout Payroll for Outlook Users Only

Here's a simple guide on how to reset password on Sprout Payroll when you're using Outlook as your email server:

 

1. Ask your Admin to change the email address from an Outlook email address to a Gmail account under the Users tab

 

2. Click Update
