Role Center: Assigning Users

Step 1: In the Role Details page, go to the Assign Users tab in the lower section of the page and see all the eligible users that can be selected. 

Note: The list of eligible users are those that are active in the Ecosystem and filtered according to their user type based on a role. 

Step 2: Select the users you want to assign to the role and click the middle (+) icon to move the selected users in the right panel under Newly Assigned Users. 

You may also see any users already assigned to the role under the Already Assigned Users section. 

Step 3: Once done, simply click the Save Changes button. After the system processes the role assignment, the Newly Assigned Users will reset and the recently added users are now found under the Already Assigned Users section. 

Step 4: If you want to remove users from the role, simply select them from either the Newly Assigned Users or Already Assigned Users and click the (-) icon. To find the users that have been unassigned, simply scroll through the Eligible Users list. 

Step 5: Click Save Changes to process the removal of the users from the role.
