Sprout Implementation & Training Fees: What You Need to Know

This guide explains how Sprout’s implementation and training fees work, including billing, what’s included/excluded, and charges for schedule changes.

1. Billing Schedule

  • The implementation and training fee is a one-time charge.

  • Invoice is sent within 48 hours after you receive the Welcome Email with your Kick-Off Meeting (KOM) date.

  • Payment is due 15 calendar days from the invoice date, or as agreed in your contract.

2. What’s Not Included

The fee does not cover:

  • Transport

  • Lodging

  • Per diem for on-site training

These costs are the client’s responsibility if on-site training is required.

3. Charges for Client-Requested Delays

If you request a delay in the implementation schedule, a ₱2,500/day charge will apply.

This helps ensure our team’s resources remain allocated and your project stays on track.
