Why do I need Sprout Info?

Sprout Info provides quick access to information about Sprout’s core products. Instead of browsing through multiple documents or asking our Sprout Experts, you can go straight to Sprout Info to find answers and troubleshoot issues you encounter while using our products. This way, our experts could also focus on more complex issues that need to be resolved.

How does Sprout Info work?

Simply type in your question or chat with Sprout Info, and it will give answers to your queries in seconds. Its answers will be based on Sprout’s knowledge base articles containing Sprout product information.

Where can I access Sprout Info?

Visit info.sprout.ph or sidekick.sprout.ph (Sidekick Central), log in using your Sprout HR account, and start asking questions!

How is Sprout Info (info.sprout.ph) different from the Sprout Info in Sidekick Central?

They’re the same! We simply moved the standalone Sprout Info (info.sprout.ph) into Sidekick Central to keep all your AI sidekicks in one convenient, centralized location.

Who will have access to Sprout Info?

All Sprout HR clients (admin, manager, or employee) with SSO mode enabled will be able to access Sprout Info. Logging in to Sprout HR or Mobile via SSO is required before accessing it.

Can I file tickets to Sprout Experts via Sprout Info?

Yes! Please take note that you must have the Admin dashboard type in Sprout HR to be eligible in filing tickets directly via Sprout Info.

If you need more assistance from our Sprout Experts, click the File a ticket button and enter the details of your concern. When you submit your request, an email will be sent to Sprout, and you'll also receive a copy of your concern. Our Sprout Experts will then reply to address your concern once they review it.

Can I request a call to Sprout Experts via Sprout Info?

Yes! However, this feature can only be enabled for certain users. Reach out to your customer success manager to turn this on. Please also take note that you must have the Admin dashboard type in Sprout HR to be eligible in requesting calls directly via Sprout Info.
