In case you missed the email announcement, here are the new features from Sprout Payroll this summer!

Dependents' Details now on the Payroll Excel Template

Previously, dependents could only be added via the employee profile one at a time. You can now add and edit dependent details for a list of employees at a single time using the new Excel Template!

Work Months Per Year

This is used to determine the work months in a year based on company policy. Sprout Payroll can now accept work months other than 12!

Date and User Modification Details on Export Adjustment Template

You can now see when an adjustment was created, modified, and by which user on the Export Adjustment Excel template. These added information help provide accurate history for audits and investigations.

Deminimis Added to Company Profile Settings

Deminimis can be included via the company profile settings. This provides added flexibility when needed as this affects government contributions and 13th month pay.

BIR Form No. 1601-F Now Available

The 1601-F form can now be generated for ROHQ employees!

Reminder for Minimum OT Rates Required By DOLE

To help companies remain DOLE-compliant, there is now a prompt that appears whenever OT rates entered are below the standard minimum.
