Sprout ReadyWage: How do I check my company’s bank account balance & interest?
If you need to check your company’s bank account balance, you can submit a request to our support team. Since there is currently no self-service interface for balance inquiries, all requests will be processed manually by our team. Follow the steps below to request a balance inquiry.
Verify Your Authorization
To ensure security, only authorized company representatives can request a bank account balance. Before submitting a request, please confirm that you are listed as an authorized representative.

Send an email to experts@sprout.ph with the subject line: ReadyWage Company Bank Account Balance & Interest Inquiry - [Your Company Name]
Include the following details in your request:
- Company Name:
- Your Full Name:
- Your Position:
- Registered Email Address:
- Bank Account Number:
Processing Time
Once your request is received, our support team will verify your authorization and retrieve the latest balance from our banking partner. This process typically takes 1-2 business days.
If additional verification is required, we will reach out to you via email.
Receiving Your Account Information
Once verified, you will receive an email response with your company’s latest available bank account balance and interest since the start of the year. Please note:
- The balance and interest provided is as of the time of retrieval and may not reflect pending transactions.
- For security reasons, we will only display the last four digits of the account number in the response.

Can I request transaction history along with my balance inquiry?
At this time, we only provide the latest balance. If you require transaction history, please check your Finance Admin Dashboard.
